How to delete your account

• In the app: open the account section, choose “Delete account” and confirm.
• On the website: open the deletion page, sign into the relevant account, enter the password and confirm with DELETE.
• Without access or if deletion fails: email [email protected] with the subject “RSDiag account deletion” and the account email. Ownership verification may be required; do not send your password.

What is deleted

Successful deletion removes the account, garage and licences and ends signed-in sessions. Purchased access ends. Deletion is irreversible and does not mean a payment refund.

Financial records may remain for accounting, refunds and disputes. The current version may also retain technical history containing VINs; contact support to delete it. Backups are not erased immediately. See the Privacy Policy.

Uninstalling the app does not delete the account. Local history and exported files must be removed separately. Privacy requests normally receive a response within one month; any lawful extension will be communicated.
